Jared Costello brings over two decades of experience and expertise to his role as a Senior Escrow Officer and Limited Practice Officer (LPO) at Fidelity National Title. As an LPO, Jared is licensed to practice limited law in Washington State, allowing him to handle complex real estate transactions with precision and professionalism. Specializing in retail sales, flips, wholesale, foreclosures, and reverse mortgages, Jared is passionate about providing a seamless closing experience for his clients.
Originally from Portland, Oregon, Jared’s career journey has taken him across various locations, including Vancouver, Washougal, and Camas in Washington, as well as Oceanside, California, and Okinawa, Japan, during his service in the U.S. Marine Corps (Active Duty 1997–2001; Reserves 2001–2005). He holds a degree in Finance from Portland State University.
When he’s not working, Jared enjoys golfing and gardening.
