Please make sure this is passed along - Thena helped me during this transaction and was absolutely AMAZING and so very patient! This was my very first ever Short Sale, I've been in real estate for 10 years, I use FNT for my transactions and hadn't used Thena. She was referred to me because of her experience with short sales. My transaction was nothing more than a "Shit Show" (apologies for the words but you now understand the sheer complexity of the process.) I know and have heard of the issues with short sales but this.....this one was a MASSIVE pain in the butt! Thena was so patient and walked me through the process, walked me through my "expectations" talked me off the ledge and also helped me with absolutely every step of the process. I would never had been able to make this happen had it not been for her. We were 42 days from foreclosure and the client had waited over 2 1/2 months before calling an agent - several agents refused to help my client and I decided this would be a learning experience and didn't have anything to lose. Had Thena not been there guiding me and talking me through this, I would have never successfully closed this deal. She helped me even while being out of office and tied up - she was 100000% the reason this transaction passed and we drug the dead horse across the finish line. THANK YOU once again for being an amazing company and employing such a great staff!
