I cannot say enough great things about Karen Blair at Fidelity National Title. This was an exceptionally complicated transaction involving two separate trusts, FIRPTA requirements, and a large number of participants, with countless details that had to be handled correctly and on time. Karen was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. She was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, organized, patient, and proactive. She kept track of all the moving pieces, communicated clearly with everyone involved, and never lost sight of the details even when the transaction became challenging. With this many parties, trusts, and FIRPTA considerations involved, there were plenty of opportunities for things to become confusing or delayed.
