Passionate about the escrow services and title insurance profession, Roni Winters approaches each transaction as a facilitator for industry partners and their clients. Streamlining her practice with technology tools and systems to communicate each step during the process effectively, she has built a successful portfolio of clients with a mix of resale, refinance, light commercial, and new construction. Having been in the profession for nearly two decades, she was asked to manage the regional presence for a competing brand prior to returning to the company in 2010.
She is also a Certified Senior Escrow Officer, a designation from the Oregon Escrow Council. The council is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in escrow through continuing education for its members statewide and locally and through legislative advocacy. In Washington, she previously had her designated escrow officer (DEO) certification.
Originally from Milwaukie, she has also lived in both Austin, Texas, and Eugene. Prior to her tenure at Fidelity, she studied business and fashion merchandising. She enjoys music, her two children who are active musicians, as well as trips with her family to their vacation home on the Oregon Coast.
