Patricia Ihnat has been with the company for 30 years. She currently serves as state underwriting counsel for the Fidelity National Title Oregon operations and the Fidelity National Financial family of companies. Pat is active in the Oregon Land Title Association; she is a past president of the Association and currently participates as a member of the legislative, education, and trade practices committees. Pat also serves on the real estate legislative committee for the Oregon State Bar Association Real Estate and Land Use Section. She is a past Chair of the section’s executive committee.
Before she joined the title industry, Pat was in private practice focusing on real estate litigation and appellate work. She also served as a staff attorney for the Arizona Court of Appeals.
Originally from Indiana, Pat received her B.A. in Mathematics from Franklin College and her law degree from the University of Arizona College of Law. Pat is a member of three state bar associations, Oregon, California, and Arizona. She enjoys yoga, backpacking, and hiking.
