Kristen Hirte’s background in administration, legal, and escrow contribute to her current role in developing training for Fidelity National Title’s Portland’s staff on various integrated processing systems. She currently works directly with Fidelity National Title Company of Oregon’s President spearheading the Company’s effort to assist the professional development of the local staff. Previously, she assisted Fidelity’s local underwriting counsel while also serving as one of Fidelity-Portland’s internal experts for recent changes to TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures mandated by the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau.
With over 20 years of experience in the title insurance and escrow services industry, she first worked in client relations prior to her role supporting a high-volume escrow officer who worked with a number of builders and developers. Her work resulted in honors for both Customer Service Advocate of the Quarter and Escrow Assistant of the Year.
Hirte previously coordinated Fidelity-Portland’s employee charitable giving campaigns that have raised thousands of dollars for local non-profit organizations. She supports a variety of charitable causes in her free time and is passionate about animal rescue.
Outside of the workplace, she is interested in biology with a focus on pandemic and epidemic research. She also enjoys photography, ceramics, painting, and camping.
