Brian Boronat serves as Director of Education, a marketing team member, and an inspector for the Western American Property Research (WAPR) team. As a multi-discipline resource to both internal and external clients, he oversees the company's Center for Education, which serves thousands of real estate and mortgage professionals on an annual basis. In addition to developing the curriculum, he manages a network of instructors and the operational and regulatory components of certification and documentation. Brian partners with the company's sales organization to provide its industry partners with a suite of products and services. He also fosters new relationships with top producing brokers and offers exceptional value to all industry partners.
Brian graduated with a B.S. in Sociology and Business Administration from Portland State University after studying at Oregon State University. He continues to be an avid OSU Beaver football fan, among other college sports. Before his current role, Brian managed the Client Services Group in addition to having a client-facing role as a sales executive for a sister company in other Oregon markets. He also worked as an International Inspector for USDA/Customs at the Port of Portland.
A native of the Pacific Northwest, Brian is also a veteran of the United States Army Airborne Infantry with the 25th Infantry Division (Light) in Hawaii. A supporter of many local charitable organizations, including Habitat for Humanity and Bridge Meadows, he is active with many community organizations. He presently serves on several advisory boards to local government authorities. His interests include motorcycles, motorsports, exploring nature, and travel.
